Couture Couture is happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL ORDERS OVER $100 in the UNITED STATES!

We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground shipping. Free shipping applies to all orders that are over $100 & choose USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure a safe delivery.

 

Should you need to have your package shipped more quickly, you may select USPS EXPRESS MAIL, NEXT DAY AIR or 2nd DAY AIR at check out. The charge for these shipping options will be populated at check out. Any orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the next business day.

 

SHIPPING POLICY?

Orders received before 3 PM EST (Monday-Friday) will be shipped same day for all in stock items. Couture Couture updates our site everyday…therefore, if you see an item on our website….it is in stock!

 

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH TRACKING. YOUR TRACKING # IS EMAILED TO YOU ONCE SHIPPED.

We have a very easy return policy:

 

 

Simply send us an email with your order # and let us know that you will be returning an item. All merchandise must be brand new, unused and in its original packaging for a refund. We do not accept returns on special order items or custom pieces. (please see the list below to know what falls in that category) Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date of receipt. Couture Couture wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and to shop with us again.

 

 

Credit card refunds will be for the amount of the merchandise MINUS the cost of shipping. Please understand that Couture Couture is offering FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $100, we cannot consume the cost if the merchandise is returned. All refunds are processed within 24 hrs. of receipt. Credit card companies normally take 48 hrs. to post the credit back to your card once we have submitted the refund. Therefore, it can take between 2-4 business days for your refund to post onto your card.
