After the birth of their son, Kai, Steve and Catherine were appalled by the brands and uninspired designs they encountered as new parents. Some of the “cool” products they found didn’t work very well, so they decided to see if they could build a product that made them feel good and functioned extremely well. Through good design and rigorous testing, they are committed to continuing to solve problems that parents encounter every day.

As the Fleurville company has grown, they have been able to focus on more deeply integrating design and environmental qualities into the product line. Fleurville is recognized as one of the environmental leaders in parenting products by becoming one of the 1st PVC-Free companies. The recent launch of the fabric treatments Green-LAM TM and now Re-Run TM will further minimize their products impact on our shared resources.

What is Green Lam? Green-LAM™ is created with ®Fleurville’s very environmentally friendly polyurethane laminate Green-LAM™. Green-LAM™ has superior attributes like moisture–repellency, UV-resistance, and overall durability. Most other bag companies use PVC for this application. Fleurville does not.
